"Overall worth the stay. Friendly staff. Good spread of buffet breakfast. The transport staff could have been friendlier and helpful towards the hotel passengers. For e.g, announcement of the respective stops would have helped the passengers, especially the overseas tourists, to know which stop it is. It would also be extremely helpful and caring to take note of the elderly passengers who may need more time to embark or disembark. "

"We had an amazing time at the Amara Sanctuary Resort! All of the staff were amazing - Jennifer, Rachel, Sarah, Abel, Bryan & Shazriena, to name some of them…apologies if I’ve forgotten to put a name down! As I said, all of the staff were amazing & nothing was too much. They all went out of their way daily, to ensure that we had an amazing stay, at the resort. All of the staff are a credit to the Amara Sanctuary Resort…& they deserve a pay rise/bonus for this!"
