"The room itself was clean in terms of carpeting and the bedding. It could use a deep clean. The bathroom door around the handle is dirty, the water blasts through the shower curtain making the bathroom floor wet, the taps in the bathtub didn’t turn off all the way. The television was all prerecorded programs. The walls could use a wipe down. The service was ok, we had to ask for soap and toiletries. Check-in and out was easy. "

"Captain Thompson's resort is an outstanding resort. It has the best location of any in Alex Bay. It is within walking distance of everything.
