"Another Fantastic Stay at citizenM San Francisco Union Square! This was our family’s second time staying at citizenM San Francisco Union Square, and it was just as amazing as the first! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely spectacular—starting with the friendly and attentive security at the entrance to the seamless check-in experience at the front desk. Everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of. Our room was clean, modern, and super comfortable, just as we remembered. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, the perfect way to start our busy days exploring the city. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location—it made getting to all of the activities we came in town for incredibly easy. Overall, citizenM continues to impress us with their hospitality, cleanliness, and unbeatable location. We’ll definitely be back for another stay on our next trip to San Francisco!"
