Excelente lugar.

Gostei muito, atendimento, localização, café da manhã, quarto espaçoso, ar condicionado, tv a cabo, banheiro grande, varandinha, apesar de estarem reformando, em nada atrapalha, o atendimento foi excelente, desde a chegada, até a partida. Estão de parabéns. ( Só os elevadores que são lentos, mas nada q atrapalhe ).

Melhorar urgente

Após a família ter vendido o hotel e a nova rede assumir caiu muito apesar de ser velho era muito bom no geral, atendimento dos funcionários e sempre otimo todos preservativos espero q após a reforma e a crise posso voltar com.uma qualidade melhor nos quatros principalmente limpeza e roupas de cama e banho..apesar dos problemas sem me hospedo pela facilidade de.locomocao no meu negócio

Como tudo em SP o hotel tbem está um pouco afetado pelo Covid mas eles fizeram de tudo para nós agradar. Inclusive o café da manhã ficou mais simples mas perfeito para a situação. Sou cliente e vou continuar sendo. Eles estão em plena reforma. Vai melhorar.

Já me hospedei algumas vezes no Hotel Terra Nobre, mais não tive uma experiência boa dessa última vez, desde a última vez que me hospedei ( Junho/2019 ) até hoje (Março/2020) o hotel está em reforma, quartos muito empoeirados, luzes queimadas, problemas com os elevadores, no primeiro dia de estadia não tinha água quente, só normalizou dps das 20 hrs Funcionários mau educados, tive problemas com o estacionamento tbm, enfim Já havia me hospedado 4x no Hotel Terra Nobre, mas essa foi a última vez 😣

A estadia foi ótima, todo mundo do hotel muito educado, cumpre com todos os requisitos. Minha única reclamação foi o ar condicionado, ele estava muito sujo e quando ligava soltava muito poeira dando alergia portanto que dormimos com ele desligado.

Custo, beneficio e simpatia são os pontos altos.

Hotel bem localizado, no centro de São Paulo. Está em reforma, então tem barulho bem cedo e elevador de serviço ocupado. Oferece estacionamento e manobrista. Os funcionários são uma simpatia. Oferece exatamente o que está nas fotografias do site. Quartos amplos, porém com estrutura, mobiliário e enxovais antigos. Daí a reforma. O preço da diária é honesto e compensa. Quartos com dois ambientes e banheiro grande. Chuveiro muito bom. Lavatório muito pequeno. Café da manhã muito bom. Bem completo. Tudo gostoso e fresco.

Sempre que viajo pra São Paulo, me hospedo neste hotel. Os funcionários são muito educados e cordiais, principalmente os que pertenciam ao estabelecimeno antes deste passar para o novo dono. Os quartos sofreram alterações com a instalação de chaves eletronicas e ar condicionados silenciosos. Contudo meu descontentamento está no café da manhã que era sempre fresquinho, ultimamente o presunto está gosmento,comentei com a atendente que respondeu que o presunto é cortado 3 dias antes...!!!! só tem suco de laranja extremamente doce....antigamente havia sucos diversificados, cada dia um sabor: abacaxi com hortelã, melão, laranja,maracujá, frutas vermelhas, , iogurte em porções individuais natural, cenoura com mel e não de saquinho...enfim o serviço de café está decadente e o horário de funcionamento 6:30 às 10h, sem tolerância.....10h em ponto os pratos são retirados, sem tolerância, te despejam do ambiente....Considerando que o café da manhã é o nosso combustivel para começar um bom dia, não foi o que experimentei na miha última estadia. Espero que corrijam rapidamente os erros e voltem a servir alimentos fresquinho e sucos diversificados e não tão doce, e iogurte natural em porções individuais.
