"We arrived with no hot water and reported it immediately. They fixed the problem right away and resolved the problem that night. We requested a microwave and provided it right away. Pillows are great and mattress felt good. Staff is friendly and excellent service. Plan to stay again to this Hotel in the future. "

"The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food."

"GREAT for beach/surfing activity, good restaurant on site this place is close to other eateries & staff was excellent very friendly, helped w/tours & transport :) They should have 1 pool for kids & the other pool for adults. Overall good stay comfortable hotel & late check-in is available!"
