"The hotel is adorable and the staff is very friendly. Santa Teresa is a artsy neighborhood with great food and entertainment options. The only issue with my stay is that they leave delicious complimentary chocolate & coffee cookies in the room and they attract hundreds of ants. I appreciate the gesture but they must realize this is an issue in the property. I probably ate a dozen tiny ants before I saw them crawling all over my hand and arm."

"In over 38°C, the taxi driver and I could not locate the property. Expedia cannot locate the owners. No one gave me my money back and no one apologize. This is like an abortion that wouldn’t die.
