Definately stay in the Nirvana adult only side if you want to have quiet stay without the noise of kids. Nirvana rooms also have butlers that are amazing especially Kesaven. Also the Nirvana pool bar employees took good care of us especially Espoir. We stayed here for honeymoon and truly enjoyed it.

Our first all inclusive experience and we were truly spoilt…every single staff member was friendly and attentive, our room was amazing with the sea view, the different dining options around the resort were delicious and there was so much choice! A wonderful property perfect for a relaxing, indulgent holiday. We stayed here for 7 nights and had one of the ocean facing rooms. The room was huge with very comfy beds. We had an all inclusive package so it was very convenient, even the mini bar(once during the stay) was included. The view from the room was to die for and it’s a very well maintained property. The dining options are great with a very lavish buffet spread in Nomad restaurant along with 3 other restaurants. We found the pools clean and the water activities fun. In the evening there is live music in the lobby and the whole place is so lively. Plenty of games and recreational activities, ideal for kids. The staff are polite and courteous. We have come back extremely relaxed and content. Highly recommend. Tip: top floor rooms have amazing views, go for that.

from South Korea who stayed here for our honeymoon from November 13th to 16th. The overall satisfaction with the food, environment, location, facilities, and scenery were fantastic. However, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant experience. I am very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff. We clearly requested the honeymoon service by email before our arrival, but it was not provided. We requested it again to the Chinese staff member at the reception desk, and they said they would process it soon and just made us wait. We waited for 2 hours without even unpacking our luggage, and eventually we visited the reception twice more, but it was not processed. After waiting for another 30 minutes, we made a request to the head manager and our request was processed right away. The Chinese staff member just made us wait and did nothing, neglecting us and wasting our precious time. I hope that he will be punished accordingly.

We recently stayed at Le Méridien for our honeymoon, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. The moment we walked into the resort, we were greeted with a breathtaking ocean view from the reception area, an absolutely stunning way to start our stay. The resort itself is meticulously clean and surrounded by beautiful scenery, making it the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. The all-inclusive package is a must; it allowed us to relax completely without worrying about additional expenses. The location is also ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions. One of the highlights of our trip was renting the jetty for a private dinner. The food prepared by the private chef was simply incredible, but what truly made the evening special was the outstanding service from our two private waiters. They were not only attentive and professional but also willing to capture special moments for us, taking beautiful photos that we’ll cherish forever. The spa was another high point of our visit, with excellent service that left us feeling completely rejuvenated. While the overall experience was fantastic, we did notice that poolside service could be a bit slow during the day. Additionally, while some staff members were phenomenal, going above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, others were a bit less attentive. Overall, Le Méridien was an incredible choice for our honeymoon.
