The staff is so friendly in particular the front desk staff (especially the young Hispanic guy named Alex I think). The breakfast buffet is top notch. The young Hispanic guy overseeing the buffet is so gregarious and makes you feel like you are a guest in a home going way above and beyond what anyone would expect. Keep up the outstanding service.
