"Room was very cold, heat did not work , there was one thin blanket on the bed— the front desk attendant promptly brought a blanket when I told him, and said he would have maintenance look at heat, but I was there only for one night, and nobody came to fix it, I slept fully clothed wearing a sweatshirt and pants—the toilet was grossly discolored, as if somebody didn’t flush, but it was due to another unknown issue—no shampoo in room— overall a very disappointing experience!"

"I’ve stayed at this family-owned hotel twice, and it consistently delivers a delightful experience that’s rare to find. One of my favorite features is the restaurant, where guests receive two complimentary drinks per person at dinner. The breakfast is also fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. I’ll definitely return here on my next trip to Lompoc. "

"I booked a stay for my husband and I for Christmas. The inn was so cute you can definitely see how much time was put into making this place shine again. I loved it. The room was comfortable everything we needed for our four night stay. It was nice to be able to walk in to town we didnt have to drive anywhere. I also loved the addition of the fire pit as well. Super cool art with the cycling viking. Being that we are cyclists it was the perfect touch. Would absolutely stay there again. "

"My wife, baby, and I had a great stay in this nice, 8-room hotel in the heart of Solvang. The room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave. The owners were super responsive. We'd stay there again! The only thing I might note for others traveling with small kids is the sound. It's not noisy, but you can hear other guests walking around or talking outside. Just make sure to bring a white noise machine. "
