"Pre-trip phone calls were answered cheerfully and very helpfully by the local staff. Upon arrival, Huy greeted us with a sweet smile and was helpful as can be. The hotel does have an elevator for its 3 floors. The hot tub and heated pool were working well. The beds were comfortable. Temperature control was not on the actual air conditioner, but on the wall next to the vanity area; it worked well. Bathroom was clean with liquid soaps provided. The only tiny problem was I looking forward to a dip in the hot tub, which was under construction and I wasn’t made aware until we arrived.
