Looked under the bed stand and found the wall plug was pushed into the wall and not even mounted, which made pushing the light cord back into the socket difficult. While performing this task, 2 cockroaches came running out from under the bed. Had to make sure all of my luggage was sealed so I didn't leave with any extra passengers."

"We circled the property several times to find an opening as there was a high metal fence around it. Once we found it we had to search for the office and finally saw a small sign directing us. The office itself was not lit and had no signage whatsoever. Staff was nice courteous and polite. She was working in the dark with one small lamp! Apparently the hotel was undergoing renovations but still… The room looked fairly clean but noted hair on the bathroom wall and in corner of room floor. There...

"Super clean. My only complaint would be the noise of children riding their scooters on the sidewalk late at night. Not sure whose kids there were, but I wish I could have found their parents. Otherwise, don’t be fooled by the outside of the hotel. It’s super awesome inside."

"Very helpful staff. 1st room, wasn't smoke free like asked for. They changed it very nicely with no issues. Didn't feel/look like the safest area, but we only were really there to sleep. Nice restaurant next door and around us. Room was comfortable and a big space. Nice hot powerful shower. Freezer worked VERY well"

"Entire facility and room smelled like cigarettes and pot. Staff was very helpful, but very unfamiliar with bookings from hotels.com. Deadbolt lock did not function. Motel is in pretty sketchy part of town with constant traffic. "
