"Great location and property. Easy to check in and out. Couple suggestions: explain the elevator doesn’t go to 6th floor. Americans/hawaiian don’t travel light. Thankfully I was prepared and did, but carrying luggage up the small stairs would’ve be difficult. There should be directions in English to use the washer/dryer. "

"It was great! No complaints over here. The sky spa is absolutely amazing and nice touch to the hotel that was right on the river. It even had a great coffee cafe down stairs on the first floor that was a wine bar.
