"Great location and property. Easy to check in and out. Couple suggestions: explain the elevator doesn’t go to 6th floor. Americans/hawaiian don’t travel light. Thankfully I was prepared and did, but carrying luggage up the small stairs would’ve be difficult. There should be directions in English to use the washer/dryer. "

"It was an amazing stay! Facility is very secure and room is well equipped. In the beginning, it was difficult to get in due to some miscommunication between APM and Hotels.com not sending the proper email. This required a phone call directly to the property which was then quickly resolved. Everything else was perfect."

"The room was much smaller than we thought it would be, which was fine, however it would have been nice to have under-bed luggage storage (which other APA hotels have). Especially with how small the rooms are, having a place to store your luggage would be handy. For reference, my boyfriend and I were traveling with one carry-on size each and a small backpack. Aside from that, no complaints at all! It's clean, safe and affordable! "

"Location of the hotel is a prime spot right by the main station in Osaka which opens up options to everywhere. One floor down from the main lobby is a dining area right above Yodobashi Camera so if you don't want to go far for food, there is always those options. And there's also a Uniqlo on the ground level of the hotel making a lot of shopping easy to do."
