"Nice clean place, but the front desk had a “can’t do attitude” and it was weird that they have a kettle and coffee cups and spoons, but they don’t provide any tea bags or coffee, or sugar…. Just cups and a way to boil water.. "

"I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Easy to walk everywhere close to many restaurants and attractions. The staff was the best part of the hotel besides the cleanliness. Everyone went above and beyond with the customer service, including Junior, who had breakfast for me to go since I had to do a check out very early in the morning. "

"The trip was very relaxing and the hotel room (villa) was large and very comfortable. Villa pool was too cold to use but the jacuzzi was OK and ideal for a long soak. Bed very comfortable and staff very helpful"

Hotel clean, staff are so friendly and lots of options for breakfast. Only issue for me was the hard bed…hubby didn’t mind it. "

"I like that kind of place. Nothing fancy at good price. In the heart of Hua Hin. Pong was very friendly. Everything was working well. TV, WiFi and clean quiet room."

"Lots of mosquitoes that disrupted our sleep. Requested to change room to a higher floor for our second night but was other rooms reserved for customers checking in. Bed is hard and pillows too soft. Locations is off, far from the city and have to walk quite a distance to find food. Close to beach but when tide comes in, beach is not accessible."

"This hotel is in a great location close to shops, bars and the beach. The Hua Hin Market Village shopping centre, beach and railway station are all within about 10 minutes' walk. Staff are friendly and the hotel has a nice swimming pool."

"Booked for a week to spend with my daughter who is getting married soon. Had a swim up room (make sure you ask for one in the sun.) We traded our our shade room for a sunny one much nicer outdoor experience. Loved the beach and adult pool. Food was good especially the pastries!"
