I was looked after ever so profoundly with my biggest request being moved to the MÉ (sister hotel) because I ended up alone on the trip (unplanned). Yes, they accommodated my request while also providing daily credits. I can't tell you the level of over the top service that Manuel the general manager provided. If you end up staying here, select the Reserve option as the private pool and exclusive restaurant are worth the extra fee! The food is divine otherwise. "
