The resort was beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was what you would expect from an all inclusive. The landscaping and grounds were meticulously maintained. The entertainment people (Rolfi, Sebastian, Scarlette and the rest) were great. Also, the waiters and bartenders were very good! The people in reception were very helpful. Also, I had a massage from Erica- it was wonderful!

We really enjoyed our time here. It was obvious that they were not finished with their upgrades, but that was ok. Overall the food was good. We could always find something to eat. Pools were great! Bar service needed some more workers for sure but I’m sure they are trying. Maybe add some more chairs-they were hard to come by-but we will definitely go back.

The food was delicious, plenty of options (including Gluten Free options) even with few a la carte restaurants on site. The location was perfect for whale watching, from the infinity pool and beach front. The resort was spotless and kept clean at all times. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Si! Smaller resort easy to navigate. Different types of entertainment every night. Facility is older and renovations are underway. Renovations did not interupt guests though. Look forward to seeing the finished results.
