"Location was perfect. On site parking garage was an absolute godsend. Room was spacious and had a great view. Bathroom was spotless and no signs of aging plumbing. Lots of food nearby and entertainment options and lots of SF public transit and just things in walking distance. We didn't pay extra for a view and I would still say our view was excellent. They have restaurant room service but the menu was limited. We did not use room service due to lack of interesting menu items."

"Very clean and staff were friendly. You couldn’t hear your neighbours in other rooms however, if you’re facing towards the water the side street is very noisy - constantly people talking below the window all night and going through the dumpster bins. I wore earplugs and it was still so noisy. Good location and easy to get into the city centre by bus and train. Felt safe with the hubby and 2 teens in tow. "
