"The helpful friendly staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. The room was quite nice, a little small and no wardroom but it was ok for short visits. It would be nice if they had onsite The kettle and cups were in the room but no tea or coffee, you had to go to reception to get tea and coffee. "

"Was quiet and clean and a good walking distance from shops and transport. The Onsen bath was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious but as a foreigner i wasnt sure how to prepare most of the breakfast items. Some information/instructions with pictures from a QR code would be useful.
