"We had a poor experience at the rooftop sky bar. The staff seemed overwhelmed. We received our drinks after our dinner arrived. This is after asking several servers to check on our drink ordrs. We did not order anything compllicated! My husband ordered a bottle of beer and I ordered a glass of wine. When we brought that to the manager's attention, her response was " Sorry Ma'am". That was it !!! On the positive note, we got the best massage in the spa. Shoutout to Jyoti. She was amazing!"

"It is a nice place in a secluded garden and the room are spacious and in old style. Breakfast is good and the roof terrace is excellent for the breakfast. What lets the hotel down is - first of all - wi-fi. This is the worst one we have encountered in many, many years. Could not send a photo on WhatsUp, could not do the check-in for a flight. The other problem is that you cannot get any alcohol, not even beer or wine. Last but not least, dinner food was very ordinary but rather pricey."
