"This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful lakeside location. It has everything you would wish for in a 5 star hotel. The restaurant menu has to be seen to be believed and the quality of the food is excellent. It's pricey but if you are looking to celebrate a special occasion, this would be a very good choice."

"Lovely property with lots of character. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms unique. We loved the old world feel. The staff was caring and helpful, always attending to our every need. Dinner was delicious in the courtyard as we sat in candlelight. Only a few steps away from shopping and the city palace. This place was a hidden gem. I would stay here again and would most definitely recommend. "

"Our family of four spent three nights at the Hotel Aashiya Haveli! We loved it there. The location is great, in the heart of where you want to stay (Lal Ghat) and there’s a great view of the lake from the roof. The room was spacious, clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Overall, it was very mellow and pleasant. Sometimes it was a little hard to find staff but that was never a big issue."

"The staff were very friendly and courteous, while the overall atmosphere of the hotel, with the architecture of a traditional haveli and rooftop restaurant, was inspiring. I had a single room, which was rather on the small side, but well appointed, very clean and a lot of character."

"I booked a suite at this hotel for the end of my Rajasthan stay. It was tricky to find but the hotel were great at sending instructions on getting there. The hotel itself and my room was very spacious and well decorated but I felt there could have been more nods to local culture around. The view of the lake is stunning but there are some wear and tear of being near the water starting to show. "The food on the property was terrible. The maintenance of the rooms was lacking and the pool had tiles falling out. A tile even cut my friends foot. Overall the experience was way worse than I expected. "
