"Our main purpose to visit the property was to see the venues for a wedding. Upon check in we asked the front desk if we can set up appointments with sales manager to look at the venues and prices. The front desk told us we will let them know so they can meet you the next day. Next day we called the front desk 4 different times to see if we can meet the sales manager yet they said she is busy and will call back. We waited the whole day wasting our time for a call back which did not even happen....

"This is one of my favorite places to stay anywhere in India. We have stayed here 3 times over the last 15 years, and the quality of the place remains outstanding. Located very close to the center of Udaipur, coming to the Shikarbadi is like entering a quiet retreat, surrounded by nature. So fun to watch the deer, monkeys, peacocks, and visit the horses. It is a great place to relax for the day, enjoy the food, sit around the pond and watch the kingfishers. Love it."
