We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. A well kept hotel in and area where you are 400 meters walk to the free CAT bus stop. The staff were friendly and most helpful. The restaurant, AMAZING! Lovely staff who were attentive but not in your face and excellent food. So many great options on the menu. Highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.

I must say the reception staff was excellent. I booked a day trip & got into some com problems. I asked help from the receptionist. She is so helpful, check my emails & call n help clarify the situation with them, even suggest change date or so.In the end i still did not get to go for the trip cos the other party not agreeable. She is kind even ask me to try get a refund though is supposely non redundable. I took her advice & tried. I got my refund. So thankful of her. Too bad i did not get her name. This incident happen on 28 oct. She is on duty that day. I am not sure if her race is consider an indian.

The housekeeping only makes the bed and change the towel and replenish the toilet roll and shampoo. I stay for 7 nights and i expect the housekeeping will clean the hair that stuck in the bathtub drainage but unfortunately no, i need to clean it myself or the water will not flow out.

We always like the location. The friendly people running the restaurant in the evening. The safe parking. The helpful staff. We don’t like the windowless rooms, particularly when we booked a room with a window. We will be back.

So many dining options around the hotel vicinity. The free public bus around Perth city is also close to the hotel. The car park is safe and secured. The hotel itself is well maintained.

This was a good stay, the room was clean and was what i expected from the photos. The housekeeping services were prompt and reliable. However, my only complaint is the staff weren’t very friendly or ready to assist you. They didn’t bother to show me to my room which isn’t that big of a deal as i found it myself, but I would rate the stay higher if they went further than the bare minimum when it comes to assisting guests.
