"Family room and 2 very large bedrooms and a good bathroom. It was winter so the owner provided 3 brand news duvets. Very comfortable beds. Good value for money. Central location with lots of restaurants and shops. Hotel restaurant was closed for renovation but this did not impact our stay. "

"Lovely hotel and location, Short flat walk by the river into town past several riverside restaurants . Breakfast was excellent.We saw turtles from the restaurant between 9 and 10am.They will eat a little cheese but not bread. Drinks and food prices here were a bit higher than some places. Half board was a reasonable option and they were flexible if you wanted lunch instead of dinner and also would provide a vegetarian option . Otherwise it is just one choice like soup, fish , desert....

"The biggest downfall for hotel was the fact that they tell you the spa is open from 10am till 7pm but they randomly close it earlier. These timings are already very short in comparison to most hotels so is really annoying. They then lied to expedia when they called as we put a complaint in saying that the spa needs to be booked in advance which is not the case. The hotel its self however is great for location, cleanliness and food. However, the staff at reception are not very welcoming. ...

"Such friendly people, nothing was too much trouble.....Would recommend to anyone....I purchased 2 weeks last year for my Daughter who recommended it to me."

"Terrific property right on the river with incredible views of the tombs. Our room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. The Turkish breakfast was delightful overlooking the river and tombs. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and the row boat to the other side of the river and Kaunos. Highly recommend."

"The Yakut was basic clean and good value for the price .It was in a good position just 10 mins walk to the river ."

"We enjoyed our stay at the property, but service was really lacking. We couldn’t get the jet tub to work, the water came out cold and brown. Restaurant staff didn’t want to assist, welcome or serve. They didn’t want to fetch a coffee from the bar for you, there was no willingness to look after guests. The old guy in the restaurant did nothing except smoke and sit at the bar each service. "Everything at the hotelwas perfect. The attention from all staff but especially Kaya was exceptional. Rooms and communal areas all spotlessly clean. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of comfortable loungers and parasols. Easy ten minute walk into the bustling centre."

"Perfect location and very clean rooms. I loved having breakfast on the roof with a view of the tombs every morning. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating."

"Well from the moment we arrived and were met by Mehmet( the owners brother) the WOW factor was there! A lovely family owned/run Apartment just 10 min walk from the centre of Dalyan. "Unfortunately it rained in the morning, so the open air breakfast area couldn't be used. We were crammed under a canopy with the other guests. Breakfast was our only complaint."

"A wonderfully cozy little place, very clean and sufficiently furnished, and definitely cheap. The flat had a small sort of a porch in front of it, with a table and chairs where you could sit and relax. There’s small pool that was open even at night. The staff were polite and helpful. We thank you for a calm and relaxing night, "

"Nice and modern feel upon entry with lots of space. It is very clean. Decoration is cool and modern. The property has a decent size and shape swimming pool. Location is high up so there is a sliver of sea views through the rapidly developing concrete jungle of Akyaka. The man I spoke with on the phone was friendly, polite and helpful.The porter he sent to help with the luggage saw me at the top door to the property and instead of coming up there to help, he waved at me to come down to him with all my luggage. Fortunately my taxi driver kindly helped me to carry the luggage to the porter! There were a few other problems. Most important one is the location. In Expedia map It is marked at the centre of the town. In reality it is far from centre at the edge of the town, high up on the hill. Without a car, it is difficult to get in and out. Second is the maintenance and quality of materials used in building. Even though it is a new place, insect screen already damaged severely on the second floor. Curtain is partially out of the rack and untidily dumped in a corner. Most sliding doors’ handles don’t work well. Bed squeaks lot. Bathroom has a broken, bizarre black towel rack. Also the wooden area around the sink is completely water damaged looks dingy. Lighting is terrible in general. "
