"Kelly was super on top of her communication. She was with me until I checked in when I had so many issues getting to the island. She was there for me with other alternatives and suggestions. When I got to check in, I got to speak to Penny, who was equally super sweet. Was very helpful during check in letting us know where everything was even though we checked in so late. We had decided to walk there from the ferry terminal and that last stretch to get to the hotel is not for the faint-hearted, which Kelly did warn about but we made it!! "

"Very friendly staff. Everyone was very accommodating. I was annoyed that on two occasions our room had not been cleaned by 5:00 pm despite us being out of the room. Once brought to management's attention, the room was cleaned but I don't think I should have had to ask. In general, however, people were so pleasant and the accommodations were pleasant so I give it a high rating."

"It was all around wonderful! Only thing that could have made it better was softer towels- the ones provided were pretty scratchy. Otherwise, stellar. "

"Beautiful setting, serene location, quiet. The design is minimalist and the spaces are open to nature. Sleep with a view of the stars and the soothing sounds of wildlife all around. Wake up to the morning sunrise and view of green Vieques nature and ocean in the distance. Great place to unwind and relax! "
