"Clean rooms, friendly and English speaking staff. Breakfast buffet included and has a large section of eastern and western food. Sometimes the buffet is crowded. It was really convenient that the airport bus stopped here and the train station is here as well."

"I stayed here because of the unimpeded view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. It did not disappoint. Recently refurbished, the hotel is extremely luxurious for the price. Take the breakfast buffet option. There is an abundance to choose from and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay."

"Perfect hotel. Location was next to the train station which is a must in this hilly town. Property nice and clean. Food was excellent. Kaiseki dinner with meat was tasty and filling. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately the outdoor onsen was closed. Indoor onsen was large and had a variety of pools. Overall a memorable stay and I highly recommend this hotel."

"It's our first time at an onsen ryokan, and overall it was a very pleasant stay! The receptionist that greeted us spoke English well and was very clear at explaining the facilities and answering any questions we had. She asked clarifying questions about our food preference so that adjustments can be made to the meals. My friend doesn't eat any raw food, we both don't eat spicy, and they made note of that. The Kaiseki ryori dinner was delicious. I mentioned I liked sashimi and I'm ok with raw...
