"Good location. Walking distance to a few supermarkets. About 2 minutes walk to a really nice beach. On a bus route. Breakfast was a nice selection of hot and cold and opened at 6:00 until 10:00. Be aware the bottled water in the room is not free. Construction meant there were some disruptions. Also, the slow-close doors need to be adjusted to avoid the disruptive slamming that occurs at late and early hours. "

"Great hotel and resort. If staying for a long period, as we did, choose a Superior Level room, 18-19th floor, rooms 04, 05 preferably for best views of Copacabana Beach. "My check-out time was 12pm. I went to the front desk requested to check-out at 3pm. Front desk staff said I had to pay $150 to stay until 3pm smh. So the only option he gave me was 1pm check-out for free. The reason why I wanted to stay couple hours longer because my flight departure was at 11pm. Cleaning person was very help. "The staff was very, very nice. The breakfast was ok, not the best, but it was good. It was buffet style but didn't have much to choose from. The Rooftop was nice, and the gym was acceptable (it has 1 all-in-one and 2 treadmills), but it served its purpose. Honestly, the best part was the views, helpful staff, and the fact that I could walk onto the beach in less than a minute. If I come back to Rio, I'll be staying in the same hotel! "

"Being our 4th visit to a Windsor in Copacabana and our 3rd at the Excelsior we have a level of familiarity, and expectations which are consistently met. The staff on the ground level and front desk, the room cleaning staff, and of course the whole roof top crew are always professional and we have never been let down. Obviously we'll be back again."

"The ac didn’t work well, so it got stuffy a few times in the middle of the night. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and well kept. Great restaurants and shops at walking distance; not to mention the beautiful Copacabana Beach. I would stay at this hotel again. And Mr. Altino (I think that’s his name), the very nice gentleman who works at the front door in the afternoons is the best!"

"My stay at El Misti was superb!! I stayed in a private room during 7-13 November. It was my first time in Rio, and this was the perfect place to meet people!! They organise lots of events, and having easy access to the beach with a ticket for a free chair is an addes bonus! I can definitely recommend El Misti to others, and will likely stay here (or at least visit the amazing bar during happy hour!!) when I return, muito obrigado El Misti!! Tom"

"I’ve stayed in several hotels in Rio, but Rede Andrade was disappointing. Linens, towels were really old, with stains barely having holes on them. Toilet paper was really poor quality too - I had to buy new ones for me. Hotel doesn’t have good TV reception. When there was one, the image and sound was pretty bad. My room was also noisy and black out curtains didn’t really block the sun. Although the hotel staff was great and was always friendly and helpful, I probably wouldn’t stay there again."

However, it seems that the accommodations, particularly the single bed, did not meet expectations in terms of size and comfort. . The quality of the blankets was very bad. Additionally, the shower experience was less than satisfactory due to temperature control issues. On a positive note, the breakfast provided a delightful start to the day, indicating the hotel's potential to offer a pleasant stay with some improvements."
