"Very busy hotel. Many patrons come early and Stowe their luggage waiting for the email that their room has become available. It would be good to have a front desk line for those patrons already checked in, getting their room keys, rather than having them stand in a long queue for the second time. "

The staff and the front desk personnel are phenomenal, plus, they are willing to help in any way possible. The breakfast selections are very good, while the waiters in the hotel restaurant are friendly and attentive."
