"This is my second time going to this resort, the food was excellent and staff were so kind and helpful. The resort was always clean and tidy. We stayed in building #1 by the beach, being so close to the beach was wonderful. "We enjoyed the accessibility to the beach, the kind staff doing the best they could with what they had. The facility is run down with broken trim and holes around windows. Got a lizard in our room one night!! It needs a lot of work/updating and this appears to be identified by a banner at the front advertising Sales with a Condo Complex coming soon. It will be sad to see this quaint Hotel torn down. It was probably gorgeous in the past and up-to-date."

"The hotel was good. It's old Mexico so you can't have 5 star expectations. The staff was friendly enough. Our room faced the street so it wasn't super quiet but it was neat hearing the sounds of Mexico every morning. The doors were fairly thin as well so you could hear everything anyone was saying outside your room at all times. I would have no problems recommending this hotel. "
