"Deluxe hotel room was spacious with double bed, plus sofa bed in main living area. Small kitchen and toilet with sink. Room was quiet, though note I was there in December and my windows were closed and I faced the courtyard. I arrived after hours, but self service was easy..Note, you need to place the key card in the slot inside the door to get power for the lights inside the apartment. "Very friendly and welcoming staff, the games room was a nice addition. Bed was relatively comfortable and the deluxe suite was a good size. The laundry room and sauna were great and unexpected additions. However, the photos on the website were a little misleading. The room decor needs some modernising: there were stains on the sofa, ceramic chips in the bathroom and an old stereo. Plus while we appreciated a fitness room, there was only 1 running and a basic weight machine. It was a nice stay...

"This is a good, economical place to stay with an easy walk to the subway. We could hear the neighbors having a party, so it's not as quiet as we would have liked, and the communication over keypad entry when we first arrived was a little tricky, though we were able to reach someone fairly quickly. But overall we had a good stay here."

The location was also good, right on the edge of old town and many of the sites were within easy walking distance. I would stay there again. "Simply Excellent in every way possible. Exactly what we were looking for with this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Full of charm and art deco character, it felt like stepping back in time to when hotels were grand and oppulent, but with full modern convenience and luxury. Perfectly positioned for a short walk to the old town and everything else you could need. Surrounded by restaurants and bakeries. Restaurant at the Imperial was a favourite, so much so we ate there twice. Would highly recommend this hotel and you should have no doubts about booking it. If you don't you'll only wish you had! Enjoy "

"This 5 star hotel is amazing. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was plentiful with a full range of options available. The location was easily accessible by foot and the area was quiet. My only snag was the shower which was over the bath with a radiator behind it. It was a poor shower with slow pressure and difficult to get into. Also as a VIP member I was hoping for a room upgrade. I did however receive 2 small bottles of Merlot wine. A very enjoyable stay in Prague "

Perfect hotel

"Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend. Great location to easily get in to all the main areas. Good transport links with a tram right outside. Breakfast had everything you could need in the lovely restaurant area. We ate one night in the hotel and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. We couldn’t have asked for anything else from our stay and would definitely come back. "
