"The property had a AMERICAN FLAG flying and no Canadian FLAG . This is not appropriate . Our current political situation with the US and Trump is challenging. Hilton Hotels need to respect their Canadian guests here in Canada by flying a CANADIAN Flag. We believe that Hilton Hotels needs to address this matter immediately."
"Check-in was smooth and easy. They had underground parking which was great. When we went to the room it wasnt cleaned. Sink had left over food and the carpet was dirty. I talked to a lady who was in charge i guess, she upgraded our room right away which was nice. Everything was walking distance so it was good to have some drinks and walk back to our hotel. Pool.was nice too. We will definitely come back again."
"Staff is professional and kind. Property (Pool) area is wonderful and clean. Room requires an update otherwise clean and well appointed. A 8 cup coffee maker would have been a better choice than the limited single serve with a coffee/tea bag. Otherwise a wonderful stay, look forward to our next stay at the Mosaic."
"A very memorable experience for my wife and I traveling with our dog . We especially enjoyed the dog park next door and the many green spaces near the hotel. The staff was excellent from front desk to restaurant staff to housekeeping! We will definitely be back in the future! "
