"The service of the front desk staff - Ravin was exceptional. He handled our requests with patience and very accomodated to our specific needs. We were extremely delighted that our room was ready much earlier than the regular check in time. The room is clean and has a nice view to the courtyard. The one thing that's negative was there are only 2 elevators in our building and one was broken. So the wait was a bit longer. Overall, we're very happy and this is our 3rd year staying at the resort."
