"City view room was spacious and well appointed with extensive views over local sports field and the city. We really appreciated the separate and well appointed dressing/wardrobe area. Whilst the bathroom was well appointed it was disappointedly small and cramped and a regrout of the shower tiles needed. Staff were competent and friendly, especially those associated with food and beverage. What was missing was a small designated bar/lounge area - a suggestion would be to include such an area off the large breakfast space. Public Transport a few minutes away - very convenient."

"The hotel staffs are very friendly, we arrived early and I am lucky that staff allow us to check in around 1pm, so that we can take shower and have proper lunch to relax. Property is very close to the central station, location is good."

Wonderful place to stay so close to everything we needed, walking distance or right by the trams. Fabulous buffet breakfast each day with a great selection of choices.
