"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room overlooked Flagstaff Gardens which was lovely. Convenient for city shopping and Queen Victoria Market. Corridors smelt a bit damp but rooms were comfortable except for worn bath towel which had holes in. Breakfast was adequate but some hot items were cool when we went for breakfast at 8.30. Dinner in restaurant was great and very tasty. Drinks voucher came in handy and house wine more than nice."

"Generally ok, a few things that would have made the stay more comfortable. Pillows were lumpy, there was an infuriating night light under the cabinet (presumably so you could see way to bathroom?) that couldn’t be turned off, and A/C took an hour to start up after activation, not sure why. "

"rooms were small but clean .Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was excellent and bringing omelet to your table was nice touch .Also coffee out of machine was first class .The only thing i thought was quite expensive was $70 To park and $50 for breakfast on top of the $170 i had already paid for room made a one night in the city very expensive when they are asking people to come into the city as people arent coming in to town to eat and see shows etc "
