"So first of all I want to clarify I got a good rate for my stay which always puts one in a positive frame. Second - all staff I interacted with were super professional and friendly. It made me realize that a hotel of this scale has people doing their roles and not covering multiple tasks. Front desk guy was great. Room was ready when I got there early and I even got a late checkout - I heard some hotels treat Expedia booking poorly… not here. Property - there were a few moments when the property felt a bit old ie the showers at the pool, but I picked this hotel because it’s a historic Canadian hotel so that’s fine. But new gym is cool. Lastly my basic room was nicely updated. I think I read a complaint on someone’s review but mine was nicely redone. Would stay again. "

"Came to town for the Eras Tour. We had an amazing Taylor Swift experience at the Hyatt. We even had an early check-in so that we could get ready and unwind in our room before the concert. Excellent service, would book again."
