"The rooms were amazingly quiet and comfortable. The area around the hotel was not great, typical downtown type area. Parking, loading and unloading area is kinda a nightmare. But you will figure it out when you arrive."

"The hotel is very nice, not the best area. However, they charge $25 a day for parking. Our first week was through Expedia and no mention of parking. Second week we booked through the hotel and still no mention of parking. "

"I will say the hotel itself was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was great! My only problems were the parking situation and the escalators to get to the hotel. The parking garage is an absolute nightmare to get to and to get into. The daily parking rate is soooo expensive. I had several issues with my room key to get out of the garage when I was in and out. Had to go to the front desk twice to get it fixed. Another issue was the escalator after the dreaded parking garage....
