"My friend and I stayed a night and it was perfect. The parking was very easy, and while I slept in, my friend thought that the breakfast that was included was great. The bathroom was clean and the room itself was very cozy and spacious. We ran into car troubles on the way over, and the person I spoke with on the phone was very understanding about us checking in after hours. Would highly recommend!"

"I stay away for work regularly, and this was by far the friendliest check-in I've ever had. The room was well-equipped, and I would stay here again. There isn't a car park, but I was able to park outside the hotel with no problem, and there were plenty of spaces available. "

"What can i say about this hotel but that it was excellent. Huge room, spotless, comfy, huge bed, clean everywhere, quiet, free parking outside, 5 minute stroll to the venue, warm and cozy and we where greeted by a lovely man who was so helpful. They did offer breakfast but we skipped it but good to know its on offer! definately recommend 100%. Excellent value"

"We could'nt really recommend Clifton Villa more highly. The staff could not be more friendly & helpful, the place is immaculate, in room facilities, fridge, tea, coffee, microwave, in room eating area superb and loads more character than your average Travel Lodge or Premier Inn. "

"Lovely hotel friendly staff. Room was really nice and comfortable. Breakfast was nice we went for a full English but there is a good rang of options for breakfast. The hotel is very nice and clean. Lovely dining room and lounge area. We would definitely return for another visit. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely Weekend in Llandudno. We had not been before but weather was kind and the town was busy. The guest house was easy to find, welcome was warm and helpful. The room was a good size and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and quality ingredients. "

"We love the Erskine Arms and have visited several times in the past few years. The rooms are very comfortable with nice beds and great showers. Some rooms lack storage however. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The bar area is great but can get busy with people eating there early evening. The food for both breakfast and dinner is excellent with a lovely varied menu. The hotel overall is very comfortable and friendly with a good atmosphere. "I stayed 2 nights in the Merrydale Guest house Fri-Sun, attending a Conference. Check in was quick and easy. Bed was really comfortable, plenty of space in the room. Coffee/tea, hot cocolate provided in the room. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Cooked breakfast was excellent, hot, and set you right up for the day"

Just what we wanted

"Our apartment had everything and more that we needed to enjoy our stay. It had a well equipped kitchen in order to cook a variety of meals. The lounge and bedroom areas were comfortable, and the bathroom had a spacious shower unit. There was also had a parking space right next to the door. Will be booking again!"
