"The room and hotel looks new and facilities are good. The rooms is big to accommodate 4 people. However, we found a big cockroach under the washing basin in the next morning. Then I told the front desk staff and complain about the hygiene problem but he asked me to tell the cleaning department myself as this was not his department to handle this! Finally he agreed to change the same type of room but we need to pack everything that morning and moved all luggages ourselves."

"The management wasn't friendly, i told the miss manager the light in the room wasn't working properly ,she said we will check it out. I think she should offer proper conform to the customers. Also i was asking if i could leaves the car , until 12 . I could walk visit around come get back car . She wouldn't not backed off the policy. If you want a customer come back to your hotel train your staff be friendly able adjusted for small request. "

"Ok let's go through the negatives first. The hotel is dated, and it shows its age. The lobby, the hallway all remind you of the 80s. The washroom bath tub has unremovable stains.
