"Aside from the buffet which was great - the guests mainly Russian picking their nose and handing the utensils to help themselves to food or using fingers to pick at the food with no regard to hygiene - Stella should move to staff serving rather than guests helping themselves. Staff were super helpful accommodating special mention to Mina and Mustafa who were SO attentive! Rooms are dated and my shower leaked from the tap and the shower head when in use! tiles are grout are old and worn."

"The resort was beyond our expectations. Our deluxe swim up room was just a dream. We absolutely loved our stay and are already looking at dates to be returning next year. We are super excited. "They had expresso martini included in all inclusive which was my favourite part. Unfortunately their all inclusive expires at 12 midnight everyday which is deceptive. So after 12 you have to pay. They didnt let us check in early even though we requested The room's are quite small. Food at this resort is quite delicious and they have quite a variety. They freshly make pasta infront of you "

"Great hotel great place to stay clean nice pools nice beach and had nice reception staff I have a perfect 5 on all categories except service , only downfall is every time I go to get a drink I line up in a six person line and Russian ladies walk straight up to the bar pass every one in the line and just order and get served no one says a thing . Happened to much but it seems it happens in all the hotels as I stayed in"

"The hotel was first class from every point of view. The staff were excellent and delivered such a friendly, warm hospitality. We only went for a week but could have easily stayed for longer. We shall definitely be going back to this wonderful hotel in the future. "

"The resort has everything you need to get you through a truly relaxing holiday, from its three pools, the amazing barrier reef with its marine life to different bars and services such as the center dive. But perhaps the best thing is the staff. The attention was always exquisite, at the highest level, doing everything possible to meet our expectations always.They made you feel at home always with a smile and an exceptional treatment. The room is very large and beautiful. Some very entertaining shows at night. The pool bar is very nice with drinks available until night. We will be back soon without any doubt."
