"I stayed here with my work team to attend the 2025 Heimtextil convention at the Messe Frankfurt. It was walkable to the Messe and was a fantastic home base for an arduous week. The rooms and full kitchenettes were extremely comfortable and well-outfitted, down to a pan and utensils to use the stove range, and the security, onsite dining, and free laundry were also fabulous. "Giovanni was very helpful as we were not sure how to operate the washing machine. Eliza was fantastic in helping us to order fresh fried eggs and omelette during breakfast throughout our stay. Both did their best with exceptional service. Quiet area but good for getting grocery and mall is nearby for shopping."

"The hotel room was lovely and the reception/bar was also very nice and welcoming. We had a drink at the bar downstairs and it was nice and also convenient. The hotel is located right near the major shopping mall as well as a strip of a variety of great dining options. It is also located right near a train station so it is easy to get within the city. Despite the hotel being located right beside the train tracks, the windows have been soundproofed and did not cause much of a problem for us. "

"This is a nice sized hotel directly across from Skyline Plaza. Each room has a small kettle with tea/coffee options and the staff were lovely. There is a tram stop 3 minutes walk which is a few short stops (under 10 minutes) from the main train station. Or you can walk to the main train station in about 15 minutes. From the train station, the Christmas markets are a short walk of around 10 minutes and well worth it for the historic scenery. The hotel had construction outside when we started...

"Wonderful hotel, with well kept clean rooms and a delicious buffet breakfast! The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a perfect location, literally next to the subway station and taxi stand. Lots of shopping and restaurant options. Very safe and quiet. "We only stayed here overnight after a long day of traveling before picking up our rental car the next morning. We walked down the street to another hotel restaurant as it appeared others close by were closed. All in all, the check in was smooth, the room was clean and the hotel itself was in a safe part of town. Would stay there again if in the area, although the breakfast was quite expensive so we did not eat there the next morning. "
