"Like other travelers, when we arrived for our stay we found that our room that had been booked for two people was only set up for one: 1 blanket, 1 pillow, 1 towel, etc. We called down to the front desk to get extras brought up, but never received them and ended up having to go down to the front desk to request the items a second time.
