I left the property as I did not want to wait six hours for a receptionist to turn up. I paid the extra day and no one told me I one was working in the hotel until the afternoon . Libby was filthy to waiting. Unacceptable: so I lost my entire stay/money. Also location awful and in the middle of nowhere . ZERO stars

It’s super close the Messe Frankfurt, short walk, but other than that a bit away from anything. The wifi didn’t work in my room at all, and dropped out frequently even in reception. Basic hotel, and it’s Frankfurt so $$

Shower constantly went from hot to cold. AC did not work. Towels in the room had stains and the cost was extremely high due to the show. Fixed some of the issues for my second night only to have the fire alarm go off at 6am. I would not stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, almost secluded. Far away from nightlife, but the point was sleeping, not partying. I arrived for a late checkin (11 PM), staff was friendly and was able to recommend something for the few hours I was in Frankfurt. Clean room, clean neighborhood. I loved the fact that breakfast was included, and the fridge was stocked with water, juice and beer, all free. I *hate* being nickel-n-dimed to death by hotels, where you run up some absurd tab by simply eating bagels and cream-cheese. This was a refreshing change from that.

Perfectly adequate hotel, very clean and good gym facilities. No bar at the time we were there as changing hands. Quiet location close to the Messe exhibition hall.

AC doesnt work. Wouldnt stay here again
Newish hotel, had a few fancy tricks up its sleeve with changable light colour panels in the room. That was about the only good thing about this place, other than staff member Julian, who tried his absolute best to get the AC to work, even cleaning our room’s AC filter. The hotel’s AC didnt work in either of our rooms and the noise from the trains, traffic and construction kept us up all night. Hotel is close to two train stations but seems to operate with a skeleton staff most of the day
Pretzel sat here for three days. Hope he didnt need AC

I stayed there for 4 nights , first 2 nights no body come here to clean the room so I went to the reception then someone cleaned, and The check out time is 12 clock, they keep woke me up since 9 am every 30 mins for 5 times , what is your problem?

Once there we found the front desk help and support to be extremely good ! The hotel was convenient to our business needs in the area. I wish the wi-fi was better, the AC stronger but the hotel and price met expectations.

Needed to amend booking, by 48hrs offered over 5 weeks notice however was told by the hotel and Expedia that it was against against the hotel policy to amend bookings. Could understand if I was trying to cancel, or if it was short notice. Not very flexible for business traveller where plans can change. Had to lose the $189 and book another hotel. Will never book this property again for any future trips.

Very noisy due to train passing near the windows of our rooms. Very unfriendly service. Didn't allow check in 15 minutes before actual check in time, and no service at lobby during that time. One of the worst buffet breakfasts I have ever had in an hotel. Coffee machine barely working, and takes forever to service by staff. Eggs taste like ... And look worse. Empty plates were not replaced in a timely manner. Cleaning is not done automatically but you have to ask for it. Don't abide by their cancellation policies and interpret it erroneously.

Very bad yet expensive breakfast. only one coffee machine in breakfast area that needed cleaning every 5 minutes. And it took the staff 15 mins to do so each time leading to big queue. Empty trays were seldom replaced and with little quantities even though they had high occupancy and were aware of that a while back. They don't allow you to check in if you arrive 15 mins earlier than advertised schedule. Rooms give directly to train rails and isolation is not very good. End result you always wake up at start of service before 5am maybe. They badly interpret their cancellation policy and refuse refund for last unused day. They don't clean the rooms except if explicitly asked.
