"It has gated underground parking lots with guards. The room itself was ok and clean. Fairly small but manageable however the bathroom is relatively small, but warm water came out instantly. Although I had no breakfast and dinner booked, I could easily go and pay it after finished.
Somehow they made a small mistake about the reservation of the room. So that someone else knocked at my door in the middle of the night what has cost my sleep. That was not ok."

The pool area is not as advertised in the photos and part of the reason I booked this hotel. Small Uncomfortable seating area and no sun beds to lie out and relax "

Handy for Sunbet Arena & Times Square restaurants
"This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square.
The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious, light and airy with sufficient plates, cutlery, etc and even a washer/dryer.
Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use any of the facilities or to enjoy breakfast as it was just a quick visit. Parking is in an underground secure parking lot - make sure you park in a spot marked “C Reserved” on r you’ll get clamped!"
