"This was my first visit to Phoenician and check in was pleasant. Sarah, I think was her name was especially nice! It’s a beautiful property- with great views. Some feedback- better coffee in the rooms; check to make sure everything works when rooms turnover. And make the rooms smell fresh. Also, a Shuttle to and from Old town would be a nice touch, as well. Overall a very nice experience. "

"The Palms Resort was beautiful and well maintained. The surrounding area was also very nice. The restaurant at the resort T. Cooks was excellent. We used the bikes at the resort for a nice bike around the Scottsdale area. We will definitely be back. "

"Overall the hotel is good, but I wouldn’t say it’s excellent. The lobby, restaurant and pool is gorgeous. My room was spacious but very dated. If you update this hotel please: add more electrical outlets in the room and bathroom. Bathrooms need more shelving and sink space. More or bigger mirrors in the room.
