"Stayed in a twin room - the check in couldn't have been easier - the staff are AMAZING! Lovely attention to details and lovely atmosphere in both the 3rd floor bar/cafe ( very relaxing) and then late night-cap on the 9th floor - so nice. Cant wait to stay again!"

"This was my second stay within 2 weeks. I really love the hotel. The staff is all very personable and friendly and the location is excellent. I did have an issue with a bad room service order but the front desk took that off my bill and offered me a free breakfast. So I look forward to my next stay at the Waldorf!"

"This is a great hotel a short walk from Waterloo station. Staff are courteous and was manned well. Rooms were really clean. Beds so comfortable. Added bonus of them looking after our bags safely as we continued to explore. "
