I thought it might be noise upon arriving and seeing the location was centered in town..but once you enter the hotel, it’s as quiet and serene as could be! "Condo was modern and clean, staff were very helpful and ensured we had what we needed. Location is excellent for dining and walking to public beach. Disappointing was the lack of beach at the property, pictures showed a nice beach which no longer exists due to hurricane and rising water levels."

"This is the 2nd time staying at Los Itzaes. Hotel is very well situated to food & shopping! It is noisier that we remembered from our previous stay. No hot water in shower, but there were a lot of footsteps we heard before trying it. Maybe others used up the hot water. No big deal. The staff has been terrific and friendly."

"Safe to walk around and shop at so many stores ! Dinning fresh fish caught earlier that day or a taco, just steps form Sole Suites! I like to cook my own breakfast so the kitchen was fun to use! With a pharmacy,7/11 and message across from your hotel Nightlife 5 yes five dance clubs with in staggering distance! Couples and singles straits and guy! something for all! Oh fishing, From the front door walk to the left then first turn Right 30 or 40 m to the water take a camera! "

"Absolutely beautiful property. Conveniently located to Fifth ave and right on the beach. Our reservation included daily breakfast which was delicious and service was exceptional throughout the hotel. Only downsides are the bathrooms could use a renovation and the nearby nightclubs can be quite loud at night but neither were huge deals."

"We have stayed at this location 3 times now. It is the perfect size, the food is excellent at the restaurants and it is a very short walk to 5th Avenue. You could take part in any of the activities that they having going on all day or just relax in the sun! You really cant go wrong here."

"It is a great resort. The staff couldn't have been any more accommodating and kind. The food was incredible and the entertainment was epic. The only downside was that the beach was small and the whole waterfront was difficult to walk with all of the cabanas, boats and other resorts build so close to the water. However not the fault of the resort just human buildup"
