"Nice room, friendly staff at check-in. But a false fire alarm at 6:30am which staff explained as a "test" and which took 1.5 hrs to resolve were pretty annoying. Also, that the phone in the room didn't work and created a disturbing noise."

"The hotel is old but clean weres the people that work can't find no one checking in a mess no carts available we had a lot of bags and was on 11th floor that dam elevator took awhile half hour to get to our floor the whole stay the bathroom on the second floor doors was close and I pissed myself because the elevator took forever YOU WONT see me again EVER"
