"Our time here was very well accommodated from start to finish. We arrived a few hours before check in but Rim at reception saw we had a baby with us, managed to sort out the room within an hour and gave us a free upgrade too which was very much appreciated. All staff were excellent, the location was brilliant as it was central to all places, and the overall hospitality was spot on. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you "

"Everything was very good apart from the rubbish breakfast. They offer “full continental breakfast” however there is such poor variety of food it was just embarrassing. After a few days, they even had the audacity to make the incouded eggs and waffles and pancakes CHARGABLE!!!??? The next day they then started charging us to have tea and coffee… very basic things and they really ruined such a beautiful experience. "The property is in great location. Although clean, it had a musty carpet smell all over the place specially the rooms. It was unbearable; I had booked them after seeing their room without carpets in pictures. When we brought up this isssue with the staff, they were very accommodating; they gave us a room without carpets. However, the whole thing just took out 2-3 hrs of our already short stay."
