"I stayed here in January/February and wrote a five star review. I chose to return on the basis of my experience, this time with my husband! I was in regular contact with the hotel in the run up to the holiday which made our poor check in experience very disappointing. We were not assigned to the type of room we had booked. "This is a family-oriented hotel with a large pool area and private beach. Reception was a bit apathetic. We were not able to dine in the main restaurant (Italian menu) during our three-night stay as it was fully booked. May not be the best choice for couples. "
