We thought we had booked a suite with a separate bedroom. I went down to speak with Ashley about my mistake, and she politely upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. Incredibly nice hotel. The lobby, rooms, and exterior were well maintained and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield area. "
