"It is one of the oldest inns in America - so it creaks a lot, uneven floors, and for sure that look of old.. not necessarily bad... just a heritage property that has its quirks. We liked it.. the bed could be better for sure... I think that's the main fault.. the restaurant and pub were wonderful, good food and service. The common, fireplace room ambiance was nice. "

"Absolutely perfect place! Love that it seemed like a little apartment unit and felt safe. The bar and restaurant downstairs is so convenient too and close to everything! Parking was very easy as well, will definitely stay again "

"This hotel is very nice inside. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well there! My biggest complaint was that the available grass for walking my dog was completely nasty! Apparently, there is no one tending to the grounds because the available spots for walking were full of poop! "

"I stayed twice in the last month; both times my experience was excellent. The rooms are truly clean without the need for artificial air fresheners. It was quiet and I slept well. The staff were helpful and caring. I enjoyed a great breakfast in the Worcester dining commons, courtesy of my student, a proud UMass sophomore!"
