So the key did not work it took 8 tries. The night manager was great , but really get better keys,. I stay here a lot and the door lock has been a repeated a problem. 2 you take dogs, I love dogs but they should all be in one wing. Barking was heard 10:28pm, 12:35am, 4 27am, diff dogs. 3. Coffee, can we have hot water too and tea, and what about decaf???

The room we were given was an ADA room with a handicap shower and toilet. The shower when use leaked water into the hallway and all the bathroom floor. Also the bed was queen which I knew was getting but I would upgrade to a king bed.

Room had a dripping of chlorine from the ceiling to the bed, which I believe ruin one of our clothing. We had to change room after that.
